This might be the best video I’ve seen of the Stingray yet (this is the WingsAndMore Stingray 275), and has certainly moved right up to being one of my favorite Alpine-style aerobatics videos! Wow!! Ultra-precise flying, beautiful figures… watch it in fullscreen HD for best results!
I had a strong feeling just by looking at Le Fishray that it would be a success, and the first video of it flying confirms this to be true! Seems to be a superb flyer, capable of some very satisfying performance. It’s such a pleasure to see the joy of flying ultralightweight slope aerobatics spreading around the world!! Congratulations again to Romano Lodde and Alessandro Deflorian on a great design! I wish them many happy years of UltraBatic flying!
Le Fishray has flown! And it looks beautiful in the air. See more pics and read all about it on the VTPR and Slope Aerobatics Facebook Group
The Le Fishray is a really cool looking design by Romano Lodde and Alessandro Deflorian of Italy. It is a cross between the Le Fish and Stingray aerobatics gliders, and the end result looks very cool! You can learn more in the thread on BaroneRosso: Le Fishray Aliante Acrobatico Ultraleggero Italiano (in Italian of course ) as well as on the VTPR and Slope Aerobatics Facebook Group page. Digging this so much!
The latest from Roger “Cliff Hanger” Brown of South Wales. Very nice flying with his XModels Stingray in great lift!
Oh man, this video is fantastic… there is a tremendous slope aerobatics scene going on in Italy and this video is a wonderful example. Look at all those beautiful large molded gliders, and what a flying site! Simply wonderful!!
Some nice footage by Rog aka Cliff Hanger of Andy B’s Wings And More Stingray at Rhossili, Wales. This was from the fun fly event organized by Phil Taylor and held on Saturday, April 21st. Beautiful glider with excellent energy retention, flown smoothly here in what looks like some very tasty lift. Nice!
