The GoldFish flies!

Well I’m a bit late on the uptake here, but just wanted to say how great it is to see the GoldFish project take wing! This is a scatchbuilt design by Greg, Sean and Johann from South Africa, the intention being to create a composite aerobatics glider with ultralight flying in mind.

The video above really speaks for itself… what a fantastic airplane! Maitlands (the site in the video) is very reminiscent of Ellwood Mesa and the day of the video had some great lift… the plane is flying just wonderfully!

Really inspiring and a job very well done!
