2PES – Two Point Exponential System by Stéphane Combet

The quest for the perfect 180* control system continues! Here’s an interesting solution from Stéphane Combet of Toulouse, France, which he calls 2PES – Two Point Exponential System. In his words:

“Here is my own try to have precision around neutral and big displacements at extremities.
First in a theorical approach, then with a concrete system – with wood for prototype…”

Very cool! I hope this challenge is surmounted soon so we can all begin to enjoy reliable elevator and rudder flips!
